Taylor Borsina

Taylor Borsina is a sex therapist and licensed clinical social worker who brings a compassionate, attuned presence to the therapeutic space. Holding a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Taylor integrates a sex-positive, whole-person approach with evidence-based modalities to support clients navigating sexual trauma, intimacy concerns, diverse sexual expressions, identity exploration, and relational challenges.

Drawing on specialized training in sex therapy and experience working with survivors of sexual trauma, Taylor’s approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and inclusive of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. Sessions incorporate awareness of the nervous system, relational patterns, and somatic regulation when appropriate, honoring the interplay of body, mind, and emotion in the healing process.

Taylor is especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults, as well as partners and individuals exploring questions around sexuality, desire, and intimacy. Their work emphasizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in authentic self-expression and connection.

In addition to clinical practice, Taylor continues to engage in ongoing professional development and specializes in approaches that combine relational, trauma-informed, and sex-positive perspectives. Their goal is to provide a heart-centered, skill-building, and empowering therapeutic experience for each client.
