About

Eve Udesky, LMSW

Eve believes therapy is a collaborative journey. She’s passionate about helping people overcome internal obstacles, strengthen relationships, and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves. It’s a privilege, she notes, to accompany clients as they grow and transform.

Her approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and draws from psychodynamic, compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She integrates somatic mindfulness and focusing techniques to help clients tune into their body’s wisdom, regulate their nervous systems, and process emotions in a grounded way. Eve also offers EMDR, a powerful method for processing trauma and distressing memories, helping clients move toward healing and emotional resolution.

Eve has a particular interest in grief work, honoring the complexity and emotional depth that comes with loss. Whether a client is grieving a loved one, a relationship, or a life chapter, she provides a space to make meaning, find peace, and move forward without rushing the process.

In her work with couples, Eve uses the Gottman Method, helping partners learn research-backed tools to improve communication, navigate conflict, and deepen their emotional connection. Her work supports long-term growth, intimacy, and renewal within relationships.
