Accelerate your healing with focused, intensive EMDR
Condense months of weekly EMDR into focused, extended sessions — half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats, tailored to your trauma history and goals.
Traditional weekly EMDR can take months to process deeply held trauma. EMDR intensives condense that work into focused, extended sessions — allowing you to make meaningful progress in days rather than months. At Middle Way, our EMDR-trained clinicians offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day intensive formats tailored to your needs.
If you’ve been in weekly therapy and feel stuck, or if you’re dealing with a specific trauma and want focused resolution, an EMDR intensive may be the right fit. Many clients describe the experience as months of progress compressed into a few powerful days.
Zero pressure, zero commitment. A short call to see if an EMDR intensive is the right fit for what you’re working on.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. In an intensive format, we dedicate extended, uninterrupted time to this work — allowing deeper processing than a standard 50-minute session permits.
Our EMDR-trained clinicians bring years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, and grief. We’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your specific history and goals before your intensive begins.

Your free 15-minute consultation is a chance to share what you’re going through and ask any questions about EMDR intensives — with zero pressure or commitment. Olivia, our intake coordinator, will listen to your needs, explain how the intensive format works, and help determine if it’s the right fit for you.
Before your intensive, you’ll have a preparation session with your therapist to build a treatment plan and ensure you feel grounded and ready. During the intensive itself, you’ll have built-in breaks and check-ins throughout. Many clients are surprised by how manageable — and how freeing — the experience feels.
The consult is a free 15-minute conversation — no commitment, no pressure.
