Care That Meets You Where You Are —
and Evolves With You

Most people start with weekly couples, individual, or child therapy — and for good reason. Research consistently supports weekly therapy as an effective path to lasting change, and we recommend it when possible. However, some clients may want more intensive treatment in a shorter time frame, or may be unable to commit to weekly sessions for scheduling reasons. In those cases, we recommend therapy intensives, which also show positive outcomes according to recent research.

Others choose our flexible programs — such as our nervous system support program (SSP) as a complement to therapy or a standalone service, our phase-down couples therapy program to support progress as couples transition out of weekly sessions, or our premarital counseling program for couples building a strong foundation before marriage.

Wherever you are in the process, we’re here for you.

Therapy for Children and Teens in Brooklyn Heights

Childhood and teenage years come with many challenges, even for families who provide their children with love and support.

Many families come to us seeking support for school-related anxiety, social challenges, and behavioral issues in children and teens, including high-pressure academic, athletic and social environments.

Every child is different, and we embrace your child as they are without judgment. Even teenagers—who often find it hard to open up to their families—tend to feel safe with our warm and supportive team, making it easier for them to start sharing and working toward solutions.

How It Works

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consult

Tell us what’s going on and what you’re looking for. We’ll listen, ask a few questions, and help you figure out which format of care fits best — whether that’s weekly sessions, a focused intensive, a structured program, or something else.

Step 2: We Find Your Fit

Based on your needs, schedule, and goals, we’ll recommend the right therapist and the right format. Not everyone needs the same kind of support — and that’s okay.

Step 3: Begin Your Work

Whether you’re starting weekly therapy, booking an intensive, or enrolling in a program, you’ll have a clear plan and a therapist who’s the right match for you.

Step 4: Grow and Evolve

As your life changes, the way we work together can change too — that’s by design. This might include a phase-out plan as you build confidence, additional services to help you meet new goals, or a shift in format as your needs evolve.

EVERYONE REACHES A POINT WHERE A BIT OF EXTRA CARE GOES A LONG WAY

Supporting You In All Stages of Life

We work with a wide range of life experiences, including trauma, depression, anxiety, including helping people who aren’t necessarily struggling, but are seeking to thrive and maximize their performance in different areas.

We also support couples navigating relationship stress or disconnection, professionals managing burnout or life transitions, and individuals coping with grief, emotional dysregulation, OCD, or ADHD.

Whether you’re looking for help as a parent, partner, or individual, our therapists are here to walk with you toward healing and clarity.
